Project Management
GCD Implemented UDA Construction Suites/ Construction Online with real-time connectivity for the entire design and construction team to utilize. Owners are able to view and make material selections. Track schedules of all trades and link budgets to change orders. Punch Lists are generated on tablets and sent to the contractor with real-time reporting. GCD Project managers can review multiple projects and update the client at a click of the button!
BIM technology is on the rise with many design firms moving into the 3D world of Architecture. GCD has been using 3D since the early 1990s starting with 3Dworks to Allplan by Nemectshek the leading European software then moving to Graphisoft ArchiCAD. This allows GCD to be more compatible with Revit AutoDesk and other platforms and gain greater flexibility.
3D presentations can be as simple as a block model to photo-realistic motion movies. VR vision tours are possible to get a feel for space and distances before getting into drawing production drawings and reduce the number of design changes, saves time and money in the overall project budget.

GCD Associates was founded in 2009. Since then, our team has worked together on new build and renovation projects throughout North America.
Our mission is to provide the Owner, Developer or Association a comprehensive package of services that can be tailored to suit the needs of the client and their projects. We can provide Owners Representation, Architectural, Interior Design and CPM Services. From pre-development though commissioning, Senior Associates, including the president of the company, are involved in all aspects of the project.
